Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days. Custom or made-to-order items may take longer depending on the complexity of the order.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Custom & Personalized Orders
Custom or personalized items are handmade specifically for you and may require additional processing time. Processing estimates will be communicated before shipment if needed.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Cozy Loops is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Cozy Loops is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available to select countries. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, VAT, or import taxes charged by their country.
